Bahadır Ege, 1977 yılında Seydişehir’de doğdu, ilk, orta ve lise eğitimini Ankara’da tamamladı. Tıp fakültesini 1995-2001 yılları arasında Eskişehir’de O.Gazi Üniversitesinde okudu. Genel cerrahi uzmanlık eğitimini 2001-2007 yılları arasında Ankara Gazi Üniversitesi Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi AD yaptı. Zorunlu hizmetini Batman Devlet Hastanesi ve Yalova Devlet Hastanesi’nde genel cerrahi uzmanı olarak gerçekleştirdi.
Her iki hastanede genel cerrahi bölümü sorumlu hekimi ve ameliyathane sorumlusu olarak idari görevlerde bulundu. Zorunlu hizmet görevlerinin sonrasında Ankara’ya geri dönerek Koru Hastanesi genel cerrahi ve endoskopi bölümünde çalıştı. Aynı zamanda hastanenin başhekimliğini yürüttü. Akademik çalışmalarına her dönemde devam eden Op. Dr. Bahadır Ege, 2014 yılında Yükseköğrenim Kurumunun (YÖK) belirlediği akademik kriterleri ve sınavı başarıyla tamamlaması üzerine Üniversite Doçentlik ve 2020 yılında ise Profesörlük ünvanını aldı.
Alanında yerli ve yabancı birçok bilimsel çalışması bulunmakta olup, genel cerrahi ile ilgili olarak tıp kitaplarında yazıları bulunmaktadır. Özellikle genel cerrahi alanında ileri teknoloji kullanımıyla ilgili eğitimler alan ve robotik cerrahi ile ameliyatlar gerçekleştiren Prof. Dr. Bahadır Ege’ye iletişim bölümündeki bilgilerden ulaşabilirsiniz."
