<p>Producing fresh pasta and ravioli for wholesale and retail in the greater Seattle area for over a decade. La Pasta started as a small production supplying just <span class="text_exposed_show">2 farmers markets in the summer of 2002, and has since grown to host booths at 12-14 markets in 2015.</span></p><p>La Pasta produces only fresh long-cut noodles, and sauces, alongside an assortment of fresh-frozen ravioli. The noodles range from spinach pappardelle to black squid ink tagliolini. Ravioli from pumpkin to smoked salmon.</p><p>The La Pasta Storefront, was opened at their production facility in the Wedgwood neighborhood of North Seattle in the fall of 2012, acting as a small grocery hosting only items found at local area farmers markets.</p><p>The Wedgwood location is located at:<br> 9118 35th Ave Ne Seattle, WA 98115</p><p>Storefront hours are:<br> Monday-Friday 11am to 8pm<br> Saturdays Noon to 6pm</p><p>This year you can find La Pasta at the following farmers markets:</p><p>Wednesdays – Columbia City Farmers Market 3pm-7pm and Kirkland 2pm-7pm</p><p>Thursdays – Bellevue Farmers Market 3pm-7pm, Lake City Farmers Market 3pm-7pm, and Queen Anne Farmers Market 3pm-7:30pm</p><p>Fridays – Phinney Farmers Market 3pm-7:30pm</p><p>Saturdays – Bellevue Farmers Market 10am-3pm and University District Farmers Market 9am-2pm</p><p>Sundays – West Seattle Farmers Market 10am-2pm Capitol Hill Farmers Market 11am-3pm Mercer Island Farmers Market 10am-3pm and Lake Forest Park Farmers Market 10am-3pm</p>
